Really good Stay Near Römer!

The location is unbeatable. I found it easy to walk to all the major attractions. My room was super clean and very modern. The reception staff were really helpful when I needed recommendations for local restaurants (they knew all the best spots!). I really enjoyed having a relaxing drink at the big hotel bar.
The room I had was quite small. It was manageable for a short stay, but it did feel a bit cramped with luggage.

the room was quite small for a double. i also found it odd there was no water provided (not even a bottle) or glasses for toothbrushes. it just felt bare compared to similarly priced hotels i have visited (i guess i'm used to more). the staff seemed disinterested (i didn't feel like a valued guest).

the location was very central. the tram stops right in front of the hotel. my room was clean and warm. the breakfast tasted good. i especially liked the breads and cappuccino at breakfast.
My hotel room was on the warm side. The hotel apparently only allows the air conditioning to provide warm air.

the hotel is near the romer square. the lobby had a cute bar area. staff members were friendly and available 24/7. i found the location convenient for exploring the historic town.
my room lacked a small refrigerator for storing drinks.

The hotel's location proved very convenient. I could walk to many sites! The lobby decoration was modern and cute. The bar area was large and offered comfortable seating. The staff were helpful and polite throughout my stay.
The breakfast area could use more traditional tables. Seating on sofas with small tables felt awkward.

The location was superb, close to all necessities. The hotel held our luggage, as we arrived before check-in time. I received a memory foam pillow when I asked for it, made the sleep even better.
The breakfast became a slightly disorganised experience, given the high number of guests during peak hours.
